Jim Pak is a founding member of Pak & Moring PLC, where he serves as the firm’s managing member. Jim’s practice focuses on legal issues involving small and medium sized businesses, contracts, torts, real estate, construction law, and entity formations and counseling. Jim has extensive experience in all phases of litigation involving real estate, commercial and tort issues.

Jim’s legal career began as a law clerk with the law firm of Kain, Snow & Staheli in Spokane, Washington, which focused its practice on tort litigation and business/corporate law. After leaving Kain, Snow & Staeheli, he relocated to Arizona where he worked as an associate with the law firm of Doherty & Alex handling predominantly cases involving personal injury and small business clients. He departed from Doherty & Alex to establish his own firm where he could focus more on client relations and expand his practice areas.

As an entrepreneur and a licensed real estate agent, Jim has first hand experience in property management, and negotiating purchases and leases for commercial and residential properties for businesses and individuals.
