Trisha L. Baggs, JD, CFP®

Trisha Baggs works with families and their advisors to develop, design, and implement a variety of estate planning strategies.  She also assists with probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters.  Away from work, Trisha and her husband Shawn spend most of their free time as spectators at their children’s band concerts, trampoline and tumbling meets, marching band competitions, t-ball games, and basketball games.  Trisha has three children, Emily, Kaitlin, and Shawn, Jr., and a Great Dane named Oscar. 

Trisha utilizes a variety of estate planning strategies, including:

•  Traditional bypass trust and marital deduction planning.
•  Life insurance trusts.
•  Charitable estate planning.
•  Planning for the succession of family businesses.

Trisha works with individuals to address a variety of issues, including:

•  Planning for non-traditional families.
•  Planning for blended families.
•  Planning for minors.
•  Dealing with the loss of a spouse or significant other.
•  Unwinding a joint plan after a divorce or separation.
